The first pic is the last shot of me with her tonight. My wife snapped it in the garage as i was talking too my buddy.

All things must come to an end. unexpectedly tonight was my last night with The Creeper. a good friend showed up too the garage too check her out and give her a spin then threw money at me and she was gone......got to give her a last ride too his house and shes still the funnest bike i think ill ever own. Some of the funnest times I've had in my life have been on that bike. I've made life long friends because of her. I've had life changing rides on her. And I've scared this shit out of myself more times than i could count on her. luckily shes going too a good friend around the corner and its his first bike. therefore ill be able to help him along the way with it and hopefully he'll grow as attached as i was too her. Things come into your life sometimes for a reason and completely change the way you think of life. And that bike did that for me. might sound sad or sappy but i loved her like i love my wife. even more sometimes! farewell old friend. sad too see ya go.....

So after a couple years of putting miles on my baby "The Creeper" Ive decided to sell her. im going old man status and getting a dyna. So here goes.

The Creeper built by Kutty Noteboom of the Sinners in So.Cal.
1989 Evo Sportster 4 spd motor in a older santee rigid. no stretch 38ish degrees of rake.
dyna programmable ign with hippy killer SS points cover.
S&S super E carb
adjustable pushrods
beehive aircleaner
35mm narrow glide with a 21" dual disk hub with a metzler tire.. no front brakes.
i have a 4 over ness springer that i could put on for ya or a 35mm dual disk narrow with a J brake master. you take yer pick.
2 inch stock risers with 3" rise z bars, i also have 6" risers to throw on if ya want or 5 1/2" solid riser narrow t-bars from NOISE. you pick
16"stock dual flange rear with a J brake disc set up.
moon style oil tank
older La pera high back seat on a biltwell hinge.
flat style fender with a sparto taillight.
rippled stack exhaust.
hippy killer pegs and grips and shifter knob
new stator and rotor
every wire has been gone through and is properly soldered and secure.
bike shifts great and runs damn smooth and straight for a 4 spd at around 80

The bike is solid and not for the faint of heart. Its light compact and fast! Ive ridden it for 3 years. i love it and hate to get rid of it. but the time has come for something i can throw the old lady on ad go for long trips.

The fine print. it has a dent about the size of a half dollar in the tank where my bars hit it. and a tiny one on the other side. bout the size of a dime. the pipes also didnt agree with a parking block and theres a dent in the front pipe where it bends from header to the straight section of pipe. Like i said this bike is a rider. But even with dents it still looks damn good and shines in the sun. Gets looks and questions everywhere i go. See how many times you can have some chap wearing old man ask you what year your shovel head is!....then argue for 20 min about how he !!!knows!!! its not a sportster cuz a sportster just doesnt look that cool.

im asking 7K O.B.O. please dont try and lowball. i will entertain offers but wont be insulted with tire kickers. this is much cheaper than i paid and well worth the price for a great bike built by one of the best bike builders in the country in my opinion. And you can get on it and ride away.

Best part! Its registered as a 1989 harley sportster. So you dont have to deal with any B.S. special construction. neck has original VIN.

went to the valley of fire bout 50 miles outta vegas yesterday to watch gabe from afterhours choppers bike get shot. it was a great day. i forget how beautiful our back yard is here in vegas. so much city riding in and out of idiots constantly, you totally forget this is right around the corner. thanks to gabe for gettin lunch for us! it was a blast hanging out with ya'll and safe journeys out to NM to go the the ground zero event. in any case i forgot my camera yesterday but luckily a.j. didnt.

Us chest thumpin vegas kids are hosting a pretty sweet cycle swap! it will be held at the oldest bar on the las vegas strip. they have a huge parking lot for anyone and everyone who wants to bring there old parts out and buy,sell, or trade them. it will be the first sunday of every month starting Sept 6th.
There will be no spot fee's. kind of an honor system if yer making money hopefully you'll donate a lil portion to help with the cost of puttin this thing together. Dino's is a full service bar and we also have one of the best salt water dog stands out there, right next to the front door.
Were starting it later in the evening so the heat wont beat ya down. so come on down. if anything its a reason for a great party and some good times.

made some progress in the last 2 days. in no particular order here it is.

got the carb cleaned up,got the springer apart and realized the welds on the front legs were cracked right at the weld. no biggie.took the backing plate off to check the shoes and drum. its a little glazed but nothing i cant resurface. actually look pretty damn nice inside.he stator plate with the cover off. looks like someone got in there and put some modern day wires in. im gonna go through and solder the connections so there not crimped.heres the frame bare and ready for sand blasting.and heres the bundle of parts waitin on there trip tp the snad blaster and chromer.The plan is to sand blast all the parts, then the springer and some misc nuts and bolts and the bars are off to chrome. The wife decided to go with a copper micro flake base with root beer brown clear over that. and some mustard'ish gold'ish simple striping. gonna repaint the motor and polish the cover. and searchin out a luggage rack for the rear and some new fenders. then its on to reassembly!

so here's the wifes new toy. picked it up for cheap from a guy here in town. figured out its a 48 motor in a 53 frame. theres 1 website with info and half of it is wrong and most the links dont work. manage'd to get ahold of some guy that has over 100 of these and he says theres 3 guys left in the U.S. that deals with them. he's one of them and one's 85 and on his death bed and the other one is a theif so he says and doesnt ship parts. good thing im only missing the kicker and the kicker pinion gear and the flywheel cover......which he wants 325 bucks for. soooo ill be fabbing something up to get her started. either way its all there and i started pullin her apart tonight to clean everything up. the carb was full of shit but everything else looks good.its gonna be fun as hell when its done.

well everybody its that time of year again!!!! its my mothafuckin b-day! and we all know what that means. PAAAARRRTTTTYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this years event will be held at the lake bed just south of the railroad pass casino near searchlight. the small group that went out last night will attest that this spot is prime for lotsa drinkin,riding,bonfires,and no hassle's from the cops.
i hope everyone will make it and have a good time. the cavalry (candace, me,jake) will be there fully stocked with enough booze and firewood for an army. and i hope you will be too.

celebrate 27 years with james and his drunken friends....and wonder how he made it this far! hahaha.

WHAT TO BRING:
If you want to stay the night i would recommend a tent or a sleeping bag for the dirt. its nice this time of year. so its t-shirt weather there nearly 24 hrs a day. and the lake bed is nice and smooth.
Bring food if you want to cook on the fire.
and bring some beer if you plan on drinkin. (there will be lots but bring some incase)
And for those that have dirt bikes PLEASE bring them. this spot is fun to ride fast or do trails.

so all in all......bikes booze brothers (and sisters) in a 24 hr party!!!!!!!!!! everybody sign up below. be there or be sorry you missed it.

California in a nutshell.

Went to CA this last Wed and thur, it was great to be outta vegas for the weekend.
Started in Hollywood with some tacos,beer,and The Murder City devils,and some good friends. life was good.
Then we headed down to see the wife's new motor at meatballs shop in Anaheim. it looks amaaaazing! almost done. just need's its carb and some minor stuff to be polished. then we headed to Huntington beach for lunch at the world famous Sugar Shack. been on main st since 1967 i believe. then we wandered the pier for a bit and watched the surfers.
then finally off to South County to say hi to my best friend Kris at White Lotus Tattoo. Thats where the Camera kinda got left behind in the car, dinner at Lucilles BBQ and back to the 15 for the 4 hour ride home. All in all it was a great lil mini trip. i needed it. Been slammed since i got back to work. so goes the story.....
